RECONSIDERATION MEMO To: Managing Director From: Staff Representative Date: 14/07/2014 Re: Decision to close our club We are writing to request for reconsideration about close down of sport and leisure club. We appreciate that there is a need to reduce costs. However, we considered that rescind of the club could affect our performance from now on. The club provide us only positive things such as relaxing time after long and hard shifts and affordable prices in the restaurant. So far as we know, everything’s still going well in terms of productivity, as far as we are concerned it would be a terrible mistake with immediately effects from part of employee because of bring with it a highly impact in performance due to frustration and deception. We trust in reciprocity between employees and employer for that reason we point out this measure as unnecessary and against our welfare for which reason we see force to call a strike and as a result causing an important costs for the company. Therefore, we are willing to discuss with you later on and follow through on any decision you make.
