No, there is no such holiday in the U.S. I like the idea, though! However some of our holidays are celebrated more with friends and neighbors, and some only with family. For example, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are usually "family" holidays. But Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day and New Year are usually celebrated with friends and neighbors. (Especially Independence Day and Labor Day because these are in the summer. Friends and neighbors gather in large groups to cook and eat outside.)
