A letter of complaint Ms. Clara Ramirez Customer Services Director Iphals Inc. Center City, Santo Domingo Dear Ms. Ramirez: Last Month, i bought the new Iphone 6 from your store, located in Bonao. I tested the cellphone and it had everything right. Nevertheless, when i arrived home, i realized that i didnt check the sound reproductor, so i decided to check the speaker and the handfree. Afterwards, i discover that the handfree reproductor was damaged. The next day, i went to the store where i had bought the phone, but they told me that i had to wait one week to repair it or to change it for another one new. The othing is that i have waited one month and i have gone week by week, since i left my cellphone there, but still telling me to wait more time. I ask to have my money back, but they said that they can not , because of the company¨s rules. I look forward to your reply and hope you will handle this matter promptly.
