As far as I know the only place where people speak Latin is the Vatican... It's not really a language to speak, since no one speaks it, neither any of my Latin teachers. You learn it to learn about the structure of languages, and to translate ancient texts. The only thing we do in class is translating texts from for example Aulus Gellius, Curtius Rufus, Vergilius, etc.

I have been using things from textkit.com and various websites but I really haven't found a reliable website though.

Halo adam. I am also looking to improve fluency in Latin. I am not a native speaker, mind you, but i would want to be able to speak it so that i can 'get used' to the language. Any ideas how we can achieve that?
