Comment: I made it more natural because it sounds too formal.

So There would be grammar mistake, but when we speak in real life, we omit some postpositions like '을,를'

Hi pascal, Thanks so much for helping me :D, Your correcting is really clearly and helpful. After checking everything and correct my own entry, there're something I don't understand. Hope you could explain for me. - is "아뇨" = "아니어" ? In writing, can I write "아뇨" or I have to write full word? - in this clause "그 식당에서" .
"아뇨" is short for "아니요" and "아니요" is preferred in writting.
"아뇨" is a casual form of "아니요", often used in conversation.
My teacher told me that when say about something that is close to the listener and far to me I will use "그". In case both of us is far from that thing, then I will use "저". In this case, the restaurant is far from both of us.
Could I just use "저"?
No, you can't
Here is the difference between 그 and 저
1) 저 식당 => You are looking at the restaurant now and you are near the restaurant.
2) 그 식당 => You know the restaurant but it is not in sight.
 -"메뉴(가/는) 여기 있습니다" In this sentence, do I have to use "는"(or can use "가" also)? and the reason for that? - the same question to this sentence "맛(이/은) 어떻습니까?".
You can use both, but "는/은" is more natural.
