Why anyone can Can someone help me?

Hi everybody! How are you? I hope you are well that good.
I don't know why I don't find haven't found someone that can help me with English.  I have sent messages to people that who are looking to learn Spanish for so we can make do an exchange of languages but anyone  no one has answered me.  The only answers are from teachers of English but the teachers charge, although also it is a good idea learn with a teacher.
