ただいま　- "I am back", as a greeting when returning home from school, work or shopping...

おかえりなさい　- "Welcome back"

Whenever you sit to eat or drink you will say;

いただきます　- "Thank you for the food/drink"

Whwn you are finished you say this to show gratitude;

ごちそうさおそま　- "Thank you, it was delicious"
