And I can't speak English fluently. when I talk with the foreigner, I always very nervious. Now I' m working in a Internation trading company, while some foreigner clients came to visit, I was sooooo nervious. I think I am so suck, and what should I do?

to achieve self_confidence,u should talk with foreigners who talk in english maybe through internet and social sites by chatting with other,I think that will help u to be more self confidant.

You know what? I am soooo without self-confidence, cuz I am a student who has been studying Bussiness English, but haven't been able to pass the cet4 yet. And I can't speak English fluently. So when I happen to talk to a foreigner, I am always very nervous.Currently I' m working in an Internation trading company. When some foreigner clients came for a visit, I was extremely nervous.
