An example of how cognitive biases work
Once upon a time a child, an old man, and a old donkey were traveling from town to town.
When they arrived in first town, the child and the old man were walking beside the donkey, and not riding it. The people started to murmur,: " What a stupid child and old man. They have a donkey to ride and travel faster, but they don't use it."
Then when they arrived in second town, the old man was riding on the donkey, and the child was walking beside him. Then the people started to murmur again: "What abusive old man ! He on the donkey, and the poor child is walking! The child should be on the donkey, not that old man!!"
When they arrived in the last town, the child was riding on the donkey, and the old man was walking beside him. Then the people started to murmur saying: " What an abusive child! He is on the donkey, and the poor old man is walking! The poor old man should be on the donkey, not that child!!"
The End.
A very charming tale, and the drawings are wonderful.
You are telling a story about "once upon a time." The word "kid" is too modern, and too slangy for such a story. The word "child" is better.
