Pretending to be funny
Sometimes I can't stop playing with words. I know I shouldn't do that, expecially in a foreign language which I can't control properly, but sometimes I can't get out of stop myself from doing that!

"Ok, I guess it's to too much knowing Tarkovsky's 1979 masterpiece Stalker... USSR film...

too much knowing? unclear, but I will guess you want to say "I guess it is too much to expect them to know" film x

'watch' is not for reading - if you are reading the lists you mention. If not, then "I've seen some other FILMS on their top ten lists.

ahaha funny! But 'come back' is towards you, otherwise normally it owuld be 'go back' home, but in the context 'get back home' is right - because it is a challenge for them, they are so lost! ahah

Maybe it is a bad question only because it is unclear ;) Maybe you want to say
"Is there any (appreciation of) irony left (in the world?)
