如果修改的话，就要动整个句子结构，可以改成这样，“他把手枪平放在手掌上，伸到我面前，向我展示，我看了很久”，其他中国人没有推荐修改的原因可能是因为，他们理解了这个句子，认为这是可理解的，改动的话，变化太大了。所以就没有修改。这也是我在我的作文No.10 Proposal 中提出建议一样，我建议语言伙伴可以用语言伙伴的主要意思进行改编文章，这样我们就可以看到我们的差异，最终消灭差异，达到提高语言水平的目的。http://www.italki.com/entry/542075，这是链接。

所以怎么修改？明显别的中国人没有推荐改进。而且我另外的问题，如果你想描述一个人的状况， 你告诉我可以说他在椅子上坐。你也可以用着吗？我以为你应该用着分清动作和状况。所以他在椅子上坐（动作），他在椅子上坐着（状况）。明白了吗？

不是你的中文水平低，恰恰是你的中文水平高，才能感觉到其中的一点重复性，顺序上的一点错误。

他写了：他把枪拿出来给我(看了很久) 他把枪平放在手掌上，伸到我面前向我展示。我明白怎么展示但我觉得顺序有点奇怪:he took out the gun, I looked (看了很久）, he revealed it in the palm of his hand. 可能我的中文水平太低了。
