Carissima Amica,

Well, the verb "Vivere" can be written with both the auxiliaries according to different situations:
We use "è vissuto" , so with the auxiliary "be", when the verb "vivere" is intransitive;
we use "ha vissuto" , with the auxiliary "have", when the verb "vivere" is transitive.
Examples: E' vissuto qui sino alla sua morte. (He/she lived here until his/her death.)
Ha vissuto la sua vita. (He/she has lived/lived his/her life.)
Write me for more explainations.

Hi, you can use both è vissuto and ha vissuto in the same way, the verbs essere and avere sometimes are attached to verbs and change their meaning, however in this case they do not change the meaning of the core verb (vivere) and they are interchangeable.
