I'm have 30 years old. I like practice to exersice and play sports.

it is written well (Either "It is well written" or "Is it well written?")
My name is Jesus, and (I am living/I live) in Mexico. ("I am living" sounds more temporary, "I live" suggests a long period of time and perhaps that you are from Mexico.)
I'm have 30 years old. I like practice to exersice and play sports.
