الرجل ذكر طفوله .

Do you mean: Man is a memory of childhood\his childhood? الرجل ذِكرَى طفولة/طفولته

If so, there is also another Arabic equivalent to the general noun 'Man' is المَرْءُ

أيامها هياة كان أقل صعبة

Do you mean: its days were easier\less difficult? كانت أيَّامُها أقلَّ صُعُوبةً

If so, صعبة is an adjective - difficult

and   صعوبة is a noun. In Arabic the use of 'أقل' and 'أكثر' is succeeded with a noun, not an adjective.

أيام الطفولة

تَذَكَّرَ الرجلُ طفولته، وكانت الحياةُ أقل صعوبة حينها.
