So Define & Describe your feelings!
Define your feelings! yes. what if I asked someone to define or describe his/her feelings precisely?! Well, I think we should agree first on something which is whether we can define and describe our feelings or not. First of all, there is a difference between definition and description; that's definition is a detailed meaning of a concept or a phenomenon, whereas definition is a short meaning of a concept or a phenomenon. In other words, the word ‘definition’ is used primarily in subjects related to science and applied science. On the other hand, description pertains to any given subject. Description is always given in detail, whereas definition is given in a nutshell. So again, and after all that, could we define or describe feelings? the answer, I believe, is no. We can't ever define the meaning of happiness, sadness, anger, anxiety... because they do not have a one-and-only definition and their only definition depends on the person because each of us has his/hers own version. We can describe them that sometimes when I see someone I love, I automatically say" I feel my heart beating quickly and loudly and my face can't change the drawn smile or change the direction that enables me to look at that person" of course silently (*_-). However, this is my own description and many persons will object to it and describe it in different ways. To summarize, feelings, for me, cannot be either have one definition or have a typical description because this depends on the person, this depends on you.
