4. 저 분들은 의사들입니까?

  --> 저 분들은 의사입니까? 

   아니오 저 분들은 의사들이 아닙니다. 저분들은 선생님들 입니다. 

  --> 아니오 저 분들은 의사가 아닙니다. 저 분들은 선생님들 입니다.

  In some cases, we don't use '들'  for plural nouns. I don't know why.

 I think it is because it means plural in the context.

and you should insert space between '저' and '분' or between '이' and '분'. 

2. 이 분은 친구가 아닙니다.  조카입니다. 

  --> 이 사람은 (혹은 얘는) 친구가 아닙니다. 조카입니다.

   You don't need to use honorific pronoun(이 분, 저 분) to your friends or your nephew/niece.
