If you are shy or unconfident/insecure you can fake it and act like a sociable person. Then you get used to it and forget that it wasn't true.Great job! Everything is understandable.
Can we consider the missing S on verbs and missing indefiniticle articles A just lacks of concentration or shall we repeat that? :)

This phrase means that you should pretend to have something or be someone till it comes true.( "Comes true" is an idiom)I think it is a good opportunity for you to become a successful person. > I think this is a good piece of advice on how to become a successful person.
For example, if you are shy or lacking confidence, you can (always) fake it and/ act as if you are/like /a sociable person. Then/Consequently, you will get used to it and forget that it isn't your true self.
