我跟同学分享了房间( if we share a room with someone, you can say  我跟同学住了同一个房间  the word 分享 is not so suitable  here （althoug it dosen't means it 's a mistake）,native speaker won't say like that , it 's often used that  when we find or got something exciting or important,and we want to share it.  you can say 分享快乐。分享美食。  BTW  分享 is not often seen in casual conversation )，

一进去就发现我们的卫生间没有门，所以我们下去了告诉老板，他跟接待员说他要为我们安排更好的房间给我们(  I can understand you use this pronoun 他 to describe  老板 , But there are more than one subjects mentioned before the pronoun, it's better  rewrite like this: 老板跟接待员说他要为我们安排更好的房间   using pronoun continuously might cause people confused) ，之后他们给了我们很多水果，我们真快乐很开心
