These circumstances head to an increasing competition between students. To continue their studies, in one year, they need to work in different jobs as fixed-term contract waiting to get a real position. In this instable situation, they cannot make plans for future. To conclude, starts-up and pharmaceutical industry are more likely to hire doctoral students still, these organisations prefer to hire master students to avoid investing in a doctoral student.
