I workout for fifteen minutes runing, later I work my shounder, them i workout may arms and finaly my legs. later I came back home and recibed may class on italky and now I will have lunch

This morning , first i I read some time my Harry Potter book for a little while of harry potter, and then I went to the gym, and for a one hour workout. for one hour,
Today is a holiday In my country is a holyday day , but the gyms are open works.
First I ran I work out for fifteen minutes runing, then later I trained work my shounlders, them i workout may arms and finally my legs.
later After that I came back home, and recibed may had a class on italkiy and now I will have lunch.
