IELTS EXERCISE Recently I tried to write a view ielts essay, didn’t know if there is any mistake in grammar or not: TOPIC: Benefits of Email in business and community Modern technology has been changing the way people communicate, in particular over the last several decades. The invention of Email had been an important breakthrough of communication for business and community, however positive and important it was, there is still some drawbacks for email at present. But personally I believe that the benefits of email is more important than its negative sides, in respect for its economic and practical reasons. First of all, the use of email had assisted economic and market development, especially for Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and online commerce commonly known as e-commerce. Email has been enabling them to communicate easily, faster, and cheaper with its customer, for which the latter was by far the most important reason why they used email. For many SMEs and e-commerce company, the usage of email contributes to a significant reduction of operating costs, and better services for complain, and promotion to its customers. Another reason why I believe that the email is advantageous, due to the reason, that the flexibility of email itself. To access email service, we only need to had a stable internet connection, as well as a device, such as PCs, laptop, mobile phone, etc. For this reason, email helped people to communicate easily anywhere they go. Even more, one laptop, PCs, or mobile phone could be used to access multiple email account, thus allowing a lot of people to access it without having to had their own laptop. To sum up, while of course there are still some negative effect of using email, for instances, there are increase in workload, more pressure as more workload, and probability of virus infection on your PCs or laptop. But, the benefit of email, clearly enhanced our ability to communicate professionally and socially far beyond its drawbacks.
