I aksed, "but it was written the two twin beds by website of hotelcombine"
she replied you did something wrong. because I freaked out, I couldn't speak English well. My father recognized something wrong and he was the last man to calm in the situation

happening to go in hotel
When I go to have made a reservation into at a hotel, the hotel desk said, "You booked the one room, but the room has two single beds"Her voice was freaked me out.
I aksed asked, "But it was written the two twin beds by website of hotelcombine" "But on your website, this room was listed as having two twin beds."
She replied. "You did something wrong." Because I freaked out, I couldn't speak English well. My father recognized something was wrong and he was the last man to stay calm in the situation.
after all, Ultimately, we called a translator and then we did use that room.
(For your information: In the US, twin beds and single beds are the same thing, so this description of the situation is confusing to Americans since it seems that what you got was what you wanted in a room in the first place. Maybe in Korea they are different kinds of beds?)

I'm sorry about that you misunderstanded because I don't speak English well. I'm not upset!

I don't blame you! The word 'twin' really does make one think it is for two people! Not your fault. But yes, 'twin' is a regularly used word for a single bed.

A twin bed is a one-person bed, or a single bed. Two single beds that match in one room are two twin beds.
