The receipe for pasta with tomato sauce
For the tomato sauce: take an onion, a carrot and a stalk of celery. You chop up finely the vegetables.
You put two spoons of olive oil in a saucepan, then you put it on the cooker. When the oil is hot, you put the vegetables in the saucepan. You wait for three minutes (take care don't burn it!) then put the tomato juice in and a teaspoon of salt. You cover the saucepan with low fire until it is cooked.
You take another saucepan, put water in it and put it on the cooker. When the water boils, put a spoon of salt and the pasta in it (80 gr for person) and wait that it is cooked.
Whan the pasta is coocked, you drain it and dress it with the tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.

Finely chop an onion, a carrot and a stalk of celery.
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Gently fry for three minutes (taking care not to burn the vegetables). Add tomato juice/puree (how much) and a teaspoon of salt. Cover the saucepan and simmer until cooked
In another saucepan bring water to the boil, add a teaspoon of salt and the pasta (80g per person) and cook until al dente.
Drain pasta, add the sauce and grated parmesan cheese and serve.
