There’s not much difference, because all electronic products are electrical, and most electrical products are, at least partly, electronic.
I would go for the distinction that items such as electric cookers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, water pumps, irons [for clothes, etc] are electrical, because they use high power electricity for their operations, and electronics only for control functions, while computers and digital televisions, radios, CD players, etc are electronic because most of their circuitry involves low power electronic components.
