You have two option to say this:

Last time I cried when my father died. My heart was broken.
En son, babam öldüğü zaman ağladım. Kalbim kırıldı.
--
My father died, that time I cried last. My heart was broken.
Babam öldü, en son o zaman ağladım. Kalbim kırıldı.
(not "kıraldı", because of the vowel harmony.

Additional Note:
By the way when you say "kalbim kıraldı." means "my heart was King." hehe :).
Also not 'kalbım', it will be 'kalbim'. When you check the harmony, you're right about "kalbım" but in Turkish if the word is Just a one syllable, it doesn't have to obey this rule. So "Kalp" contains one syllable and it is also coming from originally Arabic "قلب".
