I live in Northeast China. It's winter here now. Today is a sunny day, and the temperature is around minus five degrees Celsius. The air is cold and dry.

This is all fine! The only thing you could do to improve it is to join some of the short sentences together with linking words to make longer sentences. For example: I live in Northeast China, so it's winter here at the moment. Although it's sunny and dry outside today, it's actually quite cold, around minus five degrees Celsius.

It would feel a lot more natural to read if you were to make the the sentences connected. "I live in Northeast China, and it's winter here now." Apart from this you did amazingly!
