「清能」という言葉を日本語では使わないので、文章を正しく理解できませんが、「線路」の間違いでしょうか。そうだとしたら、「あいだ」が正しいです。「あいだ」は、二点に挟まれた範囲、場所、時間、位置などで使います。
今回の文章は、「線路」と「銀行」に挟まれた範囲なので「あいだ」を使います。
