I heard some one say : "you just be you" but I think it should be " just be yourself" or and why "you" can go with "be"? I have learnt that "you" should go with "are" in the present tense. Help me!

As Phil said 'you be you' is a common, colloquial way of saying 'be yourself'. 'Be' is used instead of 'are' because this is the imperative structure - a command or instruction. This structure uses the infinitive without 'to'.
