Bitter gourd juice I never thought that bitter gourd had anything to do with eczema treatment until a few days before. Three days ago, my daughter and I went shopping. A shop assistant noticed my daughter’s red and flammable skin, and then she recommended a folk remedy for eczema: bitter gourd juice. She said her nephew once suffered from this condition before, and a friend at village clinic taught her about the bitter gourd juice. It worked well against her nephew’s eczema and her acne later when she grew a little older. It sounded great. As food, bitter gourd is safe to eat and apply on our skin. It will do no harm to our body, so I think it is worth a try.

Bitter Gourd Juice I never imagined that bitter gourd could be a treatment for eczema until recently. A few days ago, when my daughter and I went shopping. a shop assistant noticed my daughter’s red and inflamed skin, and recommended a folk remedy: bitter gourd juice. She said that her nephew once suffered from this condition, and a friend at the village clinic taught her about the juice. It worked well against her nephew’s eczema and her acne later when she grew a little older. It sounded great. As a food, bitter gourd is safe to eat, and it can also be safely applied to the skin. It will do no harm, so I think it is worth a try.
Capitalize every important word in a title. "Earlier" could only be used if you were referencing a specific time. It's clear that "she" is the shop assistant because you are referencing her nephew mentioned before.

Bitter gourd juice I never thought that bitter gourd had anything to do with eczema treatment until a few days earlier. Three days ago, my daughter and I went shopping. A shop assistant noticed my daughter’s red and flammable (flammable means it is easy to set on fire. Maybe inflamed is better) skin, and then she recommended a folk remedy for eczema: bitter gourd juice. She said her nephew once suffered from this condition and a friend at village clinic taught her about the use of bitter gourd juice. It worked well against her nephew’s eczema and her (who is “her”, the shop assistant? Or should it be his?) acne later when she (he?) grew a little older. It sounded great. As a food, bitter gourd is safe to eat so it should be ok to apply on our skin. It will do no harm to our body, so I think it is worth a try.
Probably better than eating it! Hope it works.
