Hello! I'm happy now because I ate /have eaten* fried chicken!! I love it so much. I have studied* literature, media and Russian, and I'm going to study English today. I'll do my best!

*These are examples of situations where you should use the present perfect tense: you are speaking about how you feel now [happy] and this is because you have just eaten fried chicken. Similarly you studied literature, etc very recently and now you will study English. If you had studied literature some time ago then you would use the past tense.
