Do preferably and especially have the same meaning?

No, "preferably" implies a choice you would like if possible. "Especially" means a choice that stands out above all others. For example, if you were buying a car you might say you want one with preferably good gas mileage. The salesman might then point out one and say that one has especially good gas mileage.
