Hey!
What do you say when you’re sitting in a car, someone opens the window and the wind starts blowing right at you?
In Russian we say “close the window, it’s blowing at me” (literary)
What do you say in English? (Besides “I’m cold”)

I don’t think talking about ‘blowing wind’ is natural in this context and it’s certainly not precise.
It’s too windy with the windows open.
There’s too much wind.
It’s unpleasant/not pleasant/uncomfortable.
Please close the windows.
Please put the windows up.

'Close the window, it's blowing at me' also works as a literal phrase in American usage.
You can also say:
'It's blowing right at me.'
'It's blowing in my face.'

"The wind's in my face. Could you please close the window?"

Hi Anita. We’d say the same I think. Close the window! It’s cold/freezing in here.
