“Stop getting angry and throw away your rage.”
Why should you obey the word?
It's for yourself.
If you keep getting angry, you hurt yourself.
It's like you drink the poison.
You hurt yourself and other people are unaffected.

“Stop getting angry and spitting your rage.”
Why should you obey the word? (or do you mean "let your emotions get the best of yourself")
It's for your own good.
If you keep getting angry, you'll hurt yourself.
It's like drinking poison.
You only hurt yourself but nobody else is affected.
