Today, I went to party of my best friend. I sang a song there, but I think my song could have been more better. After the party, It was raining cats and dogs. It could have been good if I had kept an umbrella with me.

Today I went to my best friend's party. I sang a song there, but I think my song could have been much better. After the party, it was raining cats and dogs. It would have been good if I had kept an umbrella with me.
You used "raining cats and dogs" in a very natural way!

Today I went to my best friend's party. I sang a song there but I think I could have sung it better. Afterwards, it was raining cats and dogs. I would be smarter if had I brought along an umbrella.
Or you could say: "If only I had an umbrella!" You could also say "I would have been smarter" but I think the present tense sounds better.

Today, I went to my best friend's party. I sang a song there, but I think it could have been much better. After the party, it was raining cats and dogs. It would have been okay if I had taken an umbrella with me.
Hey there. There is just one correction I'd like to be clear about. In the phrase 'my best friend's party.' The party is what you are talking about (so it goes last) and my best friend is used to describe it (so it goes before party.)
