"It felt hotter" flows better after "It was hot." "I had a comfortable time" sounds unnatural. Maybe "I had an enjoyable time" is also good. Overall, pretty good! Nicely done! :)

It was hot today. It felt hotter than yesterday. I went to Hakone yesterday, it’s a place located at high altitude. It was not hot so I felt comfortable there. But it’s hot where my school is located. I felt very hot today.. I wish the hot days would disappear..
