In Russian, everything depends on stress. The stressed vowel is the strongest and the clearest. šŖšŖšŖ
The farther another vowel is from the stressed one, the weaker and quieter it becomes.š„
Thatās why itās simple:
a weak O is pronounced quickly, and it turns into A.
But a strong, stressed O stays clear. We pronounce it slowly and beautifully.
