Apple a day keep doctor away... I found an informative podcast on BBC called,
Just One Thing. In the episode (you can find the link here

benefits of eating an apple every day. After listening to this podcast, I
started to eat one apple every single day. Right now, I am
in the 3rd week, and I only missed 2 days so far. According to the podcast, the Pink
Lady is a more nutritious apple, but I found that it is too expensive compared to other kinds of apples. I haven't cooked apples before,
but cooking still preserves the beneficial ingredients in the apple, so you get the same nutritional benefits.
