I think It's the internet because I can interact all over the world.
And I couldn’t meet my parents and near my friends when corona was increased.
But I've been talking with them on zoom. So we've been comforted and encouraged.
When I use it wisely, it's useful for me.

We don't use the definite article for the field of history. we can a history of (something) or the history of something) but the 'something' requires the articles; not history itself.
So...
What do you think is the greatest invention in history?(a great question....)
I think it's the internet, because I can interact all over the world. (This is a good start)
When Coronavirus became a pandemic, I couldn’t meet my parents or my close friends any longer. (so, how did this make you feel? that is what is interesting to read about...)
But, having the internet meant that I've been talking with them on zoom. So, we've been comforted and encouraged. (nice/great!)
When I use it wisely, it's useful for me. (meaning what? what you didn't say next is like a huge 'pregnant pause' of an elephant in the room in my mind....)
You were just getting to the interesting part when you finished writing.

During the Covid pandemic I couldn’t meet my parents nor my close friends, but I've been talking with them on zoom. So we've been comforting and encouraging each other.
