how can I cancel a session when a teacher have accepted(the teacher wants me do it)?

Send an apology to your teacher immediately mentioning that you want the lesson cancelled.
Don't do any payments thereafter.
However you better make sure when deciding for a lesson to be there at time and take it ,unless there are serious circumstances making it quite difficult for you to be there at the agreed upon time.
