Oh well I've experienced the same! Sometimes it takes a few hours or even a full day til a (new) picture is uploaded! Just be patient... :P

I thought only teacher profiles were prohibited from downloading their own photos! Get back to the Site Feedback ,they might help you , you might have to send them the picture for them to post it !

It only uploads photos of attractive people.
