If you like men that look like women, go to Thailand.

Egypt and Thailand are two completely different countries, both have their own website for more information on and it's up to you alone to compare and contrast the two. Only you know which would be a better decision for you and the information about the two is plentiful.

From my experiences,if you are interested in ancient history, the pharoahs and pyramids, The Sphinx and a cruise down the Nile River, then go to Egypt. If you want to see beautiful temples , stay in a seaside resort, go to lots of cheap eating places and shopping, then go to Thailand.

Both are so different in nature and have their own good reasons to travel to.
One has historically ancient monuments to see and the other has splendid beaches and exotic atmosphere to enjoy ,if you don't mind the mosquitos ;)
I suggest that you plan to do both ,but rather start with Egypt ,since you already live in Asia and Thailand is not that far from you ,so you better try another continent and a completely different atmosphere .
