This is why or This is because?
When I want to say the reason for any behaviour/attitude, etc... which one is the correct form?
I mean which one of these "That's the reason why" or "That's the reason because"?
For example: Today I have drunk too much coffee, that's the reason WHY/BECAUSE I am so nervous.
Thank you!

Your question is a good one, but "because" cannot be correctly used in the examples given. I can say "that is the reason why", but I should not say "that is the reason because". I can correctly say "the reason is". I may also correctly say "this is because".

I think the answer "That's the reason WHY" is correct. It usually go together in a phrase. I also use this way to express the consequence of a cause.
