I would define them by the culture they are exposed to. The scientific evidence shows that there is not much difference between the races. When someone says they are a certain "race" it is only a description of what they look like, and means nothing about who they are or what their values are.

culture in my place, different races have nearly same culture, we all are treat each other as native。 but if someone comes from other places and he or she has a different culture, we don't treat him or her as native even we are the same race.
