You have to pay attention to the last vowel of the word, to which you are going to add "...misin/...musun".
If this wovel is (a) or (ı), you should use "mısınız?"
If this wovel is (e) or (i), you should use "misiniz?"
If this wovel is (o) or (u), you should use "musunuz?"
If this wovel is (ö) or (ü), you should use "müsünüz?"
yap-A-r mısınız
sev-E-r misiniz
tan-I-r mısınız
bil-İ-r misiniz
geliy-O-r musunuz
(i couldnt find an example with Ö)
ok-U-r musunuz
götür-Ü-r müsünüz

It guess it's about Turkish vowel harmony. If a word has back vowel in its first syllable, the others must be back vowel, too. And if a word has front vowel in its first syllable the others must be front vowel. See the examples.
