All are "famous Chinese dishes" that maybe better described than translated directly. So here is what I would say:
卤煮火 is a Beijing soup dish cooked for a long time with meats like lung, intestines, and sometimes tofu.
天津麻花 is a fried dough snack from Tianjin usually braided.
狗不理包子 is a steamed bun from Tianjin usually stuffed with a juicy meat filling.
So here is my try at simpler terms:
卤煮火 salty savory stew
天津麻花 Tianjin dough flower (or flour flower)哈哈
狗不理包子 buns the dog ignores, buns the dogs leave alone, buns the dogs don't care for... I read that in recent years it was transliterated to "go believe baozi"
