"Little Bitty" and "Munchkin"
if these is used to call someone, what does it mean?
Translate it into chinese would be appreciated.

They both just mean small. Munchkin is from the Wizard of Oz and refers to the "little" people. I have heard it used as an insult to some people who are of short stature and sometimes used to refer to children. Little bitty can mean anything from a small bite of food or a "little bitty baby."
