etc. = et cetera
To simplify its pronunciation (without using IPA), you may read it as /et-se-ter-a/

"etc" is spelled out: et cetera. It means "and so on".
Example:
I love Italian food. I love spaghetti, ravioli, pizza, etc. Meaning that there is more Italian food that I did not mention in the list but that I also love. Because of time I did not mention all of the Italian food that I love. So instead, I used etc.

et cetera using the IPA (International Phonemic Alphabet):
/ɛt 'sɛ tər ,ʌ/ or /ɛt 'sɛ trə/
American Pronunciation:
et se ter a
or
et se ter u
or
et se tra

If you mean how to pronounce it, I can not explain it... But you can go to Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/)...
Write it there ... Then you have to click on the mic and a voice will pronounce it for you ;)
