Goals (or planned outcomes) are set in a way that can be reached.
An aim is an alinement of chosen actions in order to reach goals (planned outcomes.) If you "have" an aim, you are alining your activities towards a goal. If you have a purpose, it is a concept that sums up your goals can be seen in your aims.
To have a purpose may suggest an that you have an ethical issue you are concerned with. 'to make as much money as possible' may not equal a purpose for some.
