The noun "education" is not countable. If a noun is countable, you would put an "s" at the end to make it plural. We don't talk like that about education. No matter how much education a person has, we don't make the word plural, except in the following manner:
He has earned many degrees in his educational pursuits. He has been enrolled in several major fields of studies during his years of college education. All these graduates represent a lot of education! Those poor children have no education, however, their uncle and aunt both achieved high degrees of education.
