Sorry if I caused you any inconvenience. The caused can be put before you, but usually is not said at the end of the sentence.

When should inconveniences be used? According to the oxford dictionary, there is a form that is a count noun.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience I caused. or I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You don't use the plural. Inconvenience is not a countable noun.
